Withdrawal or return steps

1º You have the possibility to exercise your right of return within the term of 14 days from the receipt of the article.

2º The return of a handled or unpacked item will not be accepted.

3º The client will assume the direct cost of the return of the goods. You can check the expenses, sending an email to contact@littlewayteam.com

4º The customer must provide the order picking address.To do this you must fill in the data template that is available to you in the Web page.

5º Within ten days of notification of withdrawal,a transport sent by Littleway team will pick up the order at the address indicated.The customer must deliver the product to the carrier at street level,in a suitable place for its collection, and that it has the necessary space to pick.

6º The refund will be made by transfer or deposit in the account indicated by the customer, within five days of receiving the order by Littleway team.

7º The client will be responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods,resulting from a handling other than that required for the good operation and conservation of them until their collection.
